Jeffrey S. Dale

Mr. Dale is President and Chief Executive Officer of Wireless Site Services, Inc. (WSSI.) Mr. Dale created the Company in October, 2006, as President and assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in November of 2006. Jeff has been instrumental in leading the Company’s efforts to grow both organically and through strategic acquisition to achieve the vision of becoming the premier provider of network and technical engineering services. In 1983 Mr. Dale began his career with Midland Telecom, Inc., a start-up company specializing in public safety communications, tower construction/management, and AM and FM radio station engineering as a network manager. Mr. Dale’s experience with cellular communications began in 1992 followed by management roles for companies such as General Cellular, Western Wireless, VoiceStream, ALLTEL and US Cellular. Mr. Dale managed the launch of the first auction-purchased PCS MTA. His 75 member team built and optimized sixty (60) cell sites in nine months. He has managed large start-up projects with staffing as large as 300 along with several network upgrade migrations, both in the wireless and landline industries. Mr. Dale has contributed publications to various trade and specialty magazines and previous involvement as Board of Directors with the Nebraska Center for Excellence in Electronics (NCEE).
Peter Van Wickler
Co-Managing Executive Director;
Mr. Van Wickler brings a strong wireless carrier background to WSSI with over 30 years of experience in technology based solutions. As a well rounded executive he has held positions spanning the full continuum including corporate strategic planning, business and corporate development, carrier relations, corporate finance, general management and operations, all within the wireless industry. Mr. Van Wickler served as the Area Manager of Technical Development and Operations at T-Mobile. In this role he directed the development and operation of more then 700 cell sites in the Rocky Mountain Regional Area. Prior to joining T-Mobile he developed prototype parameters for Nortel's central office voicemail system and managed the final system design and implementation of the campus wide voicemail system for 24,000 members at UCLA Westwood in California. Prior to joining UCLA he headed Citibank’s’ Satellite Communications Division as Manager where he put in place a nationwide communications infrastructure and enhanced the overall effectiveness of the companies operations.
